Abstract
Lingonberries, popularly called the berry of immortality for their numerous useful properties, are widely used both in cooking and in folk medicine. Lingonberries are used to make a variety of jams, marmalades, pie fillings. They are also squeezed from them sweet-sweet-sour juice, which is not only a delicious dessert, but also an effective remedy for many diseases. And you can prepare lingonberry juice yourself in your own kitchen.
