The issue deals with the basic properties of various types of natural berry juices obtained from cherry, raspberry, gooseberry, elderberry, red currant, bilberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, feijoa, cranberry, cherry berry, cotoneaster and their effect on the human body. A systematic review of modern specialised literature and current scientific data has been carried out. The chemical composition and nutritional value of drinks are specified, their use in different types of medicine and efficiency of application in different diseases are considered. Contraindications and the most preferable methods of production of each of the juices are considered.
